About PubSec.ai

Our Mission

PubSec.ai provides authoritative, practical guidance on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio for U.S. government environments (GCC, GCC High, and DoD).

We help federal, state, and local agencies adopt AI technologies responsibly by delivering government-specific knowledge from Microsoft Federal Cloud Solution Architects who work directly with public sector deployments.

What We Provide

Structured Learning Resources

PubSec.ai organizes content around how government professionals actually learn and implement AI:

  • Structured Guides – Comprehensive learning paths with sectioned progressions through deployment, security, governance, and adoption topics
  • Video Series – Focused collections addressing specific challenges or roles
  • Individual Videos – Targeted content that can appear in multiple guides and series where relevant
  • Supporting Materials – Transcripts, downloadable resources, checklists, and reference materials

This structure differs from platform-based content feeds by organizing material around your role, security environment, and implementation phase rather than chronological posting order.

Government-Focused Expertise

All content addresses the specific requirements of public sector AI adoption:

  • Guidance tailored for GCC, GCC High, and DoD IL4/IL5 environments
  • Alignment with FedRAMP, CJIS, IRS 1075, and government compliance frameworks
  • Focus on mission outcomes with appropriate security controls and oversight
  • Insights from actual government agency deployments

Named Contributors

Content is created by Microsoft Federal Cloud Solution Architects who work with government agencies implementing these technologies. Each contributor brings direct experience with classified deployments, compliance requirements, and proven implementation patterns.

How We Work

We use AI tools to assist with initial content drafts, but all material is reviewed and validated by Cloud Solution Architects with government deployment experience. Content is checked against official Microsoft documentation, tested against real-world scenarios, and updated as products and capabilities evolve.

The site is optimized for restricted networks and secure devices with minimal dependencies and fast-loading pages.

Who We Are

PubSec.ai is created and maintained by Kevin Tupper, Chief Architect for AI Transformation at Microsoft, along with contributing Cloud Solution Architects from Microsoft’s Public Sector team.
